United Power Contractor's mission is to provide customers with high voltage construction services including building high voltage transmission lines, distribution lines, substations, and provide other electrical utility infrastructure services. By using highly skilled organized labor coupled with an experienced management team, UPC's goal is to provide customers with high quality, environmentally safe, on time, on budget constructions projects.
With the continuing practice supporting Diverse Business Enterprises by utility companies in the State of California and the continuing commitment in following guidelines for procurement to DBE companies, UPC recognizes significant growth opportunities in the western region.
